# Synthetic vintage ledger v1

Created and first published 2026-10-16. This is not a historical prediction record.
All values, observation months, release times, ingestion times and revisions were
constructed together for instruction. No market data, official economic series,
client records, broker transactions or observations from 2024 are redistributed.

Two invented scores (growth and inflation change), measured in arbitrary points,
cover twelve fictional observation months in 2024. They are not GDP growth,
inflation rates, forecasts, standardised historical estimates or fitted factors.
The fixed comparison decision is the following month's twentieth day at 16:00 UTC.
There is no calendar adjustment: it is a fictional decision schedule.

Each feature/period has two revisions. Select the highest revision whose ingestion
timestamp is at or before the cutoff. Release must precede ingestion. A later
eligible null withdraws a value; it does not restore a previous value. No stale
period is carried forward. The latest column deliberately includes later inputs
and cannot be used as an at-the-time signal. The fictional May inflation release
is late; the second August growth vintage is withdrawn. Both are deliberate cases.

Rule threshold-v1: compare both scores with separate thresholds. If either input
is absent/null, return Unavailable. If either absolute threshold distance is at
most the boundary half-width (inclusive; 1e-12 numeric tolerance), return Boundary.
Otherwise label the pair of signs, e.g. G+ / I-. Default thresholds are zero and
the common boundary half-width is 0.1 points. No training, smoothing, warmup,
probability, allocation, expected-return or profit calculation occurs.

Reconstruction files are built in the current edition. Their SHA-256 hashes verify
bytes, not historical existence or economic truth. Any altered parameter is a new
scenario, never a replacement for the archived default record. Archive and rule
versions are retained in JSON/CSV outputs. Original fixture and engine/test code
may be reused under the included MIT license. Linked primary references retain
their own terms and do not endorse this fixture.
